Sometimes your body communicates what words cannot. Physical symptoms, emotions, or recurring patterns rarely appear without reason. Often, they are connected to deeper experiences or beliefs that continue to influence how you feel and move through life.
Neuro Emotional Integration (NEI) is a gentle method that helps uncover these underlying patterns. Using a biotensor, we connect with the subconscious to identify emotions, beliefs, and experiences that may be affecting your wellbeing. Bringing these to awareness can create space for clarity, healing, and lasting change.
NEI offers a calm and supportive way to deepen your self-understanding, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with your natural balance.
Every NEI session begins with what you'd like to work on, your physical symptoms, or a recurring pattern. Using a biotensor, we connect with the subconscious to identify the underlying cause of the imbalance.
Once it becomes clear which emotion, experience, or belief is involved, we gently guide the process of releasing it. You don't need to relive past experiences or analyze everything in detail. Your subconscious naturally reveals what is ready to be released.
Every session is tailored to you and your personal journey, helping you gain greater clarity about what's holding you back and what you need to move forward.
"The path to healing often begins the moment
you dare to listen to yourself again"
NEI can provide support for both physical symptoms and emotional challenges. Sometimes you know exactly what you're struggling with, while other times you simply feel that something isn't quite right.
You don't need to know where those feelings come from. During a session, we'll explore together which emotions, beliefs, or recurring patterns may be playing a role.
You may be feeling tired, out of balance, or finding yourself stuck in the same patterns without fully understanding why.
The examples below are just a few of the many reasons people choose NEI. Because we work with the subconscious, we're not limited to a specific list of symptoms or concerns. Nearly any question, challenge, recurring pattern, or physical or emotional symptom can be explored.
NEI may be a good fit if you:

Children often can't yet express how they feel. As a result, emotions and stress may show up through their behavior or as physical symptoms.

A personal online session where we explore together what lies beneath what you'd like to work on, a question you may have, or a recurring pattern. You don't need to prepare anything — a feeling, situation, or question is often all it takes to get started.
During the session, we connect with the subconscious to gain insight into the underlying cause. This can bring greater clarity, inner calm, and create space for meaningful change.
Sometimes a single session is enough to gain valuable insight or experience a meaningful shift. At the same time, many people discover that there are multiple layers beneath what they'd like to work on, an emotion, or a recurring pattern. With each session, there's an opportunity to explore those layers more deeply and gradually create greater peace, balance, and clarity.
A package of three sessions gives you the time and space to support this process, allowing new insights to settle and creating the opportunity for deeper, lasting transformation.

As a child, you could almost always find me outside. We lived surrounded by nature and animals. I could spend hours sitting in the grass at the back of our garden, listening to the birds while our dogs would quietly lie down beside me. Even now, whenever I'm asked during a meditation to picture a place where I feel safe or at peace, that's the place I always return to.
I often sensed things before anyone else did. If one of our animals became ill, I usually knew something was wrong before there were any visible signs. It wasn't until much later that I realized intuition had always been an important part of who I am. Over time, though, I gradually lost touch with that part of myself.
A few years ago, my boyfriend and I had the opportunity to move to Los Angeles, where I continued building my career. What I loved most was how naturally mental health and personal growth were part of everyday life. At work, we had yoga classes, meditation sessions, and sound bath sessions. Open conversations about mental health were completely normal. That was also where I first discovered NEI. At the time, I simply found it interesting, without realizing how meaningful it would later become in my own life.
Then, life changed again. We unexpectedly moved back to the Netherlands and had to start over. A move like that involves much more than settling into a new home. You're finding your place again, creating a new routine, and sometimes even rediscovering a part of yourself.
Just one week later, I found out I was pregnant. Shortly afterward, I was diagnosed with Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG). My pregnancy was spent in survival mode.
During my recovery, I discovered that there isn't just one path to healing. I explored different forms of support, and through that journey I found my way back to NEI. For me, it felt like the missing piece of the puzzle. It helped me reach a level that I hadn't been able to access through other forms of guidance.
As life gradually became calmer again, one thought kept coming back to me: I wanted to help others reconnect with themselves, just as I had to learn to do myself. That was the moment I decided to become a certified NEI therapist.
With True Bloom, I want to create a place where you can simply be. A place where you feel heard, where we'll explore together what's keeping you from living freely, and where you can reconnect with yourself. Because I believe many of the answers are already within you. Sometimes, all it takes is someone to help you uncover them.
